I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor with the State of Texas.My counseling approach comes from a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) approach, but I seek to call on other approaches and techniques when needed, making sure you get the most complete and effective care. I am EMDR trained and am also a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate (CSAT-Candidate), utilizing the 30 Task Model to help those struggling with sex addiction.I have a passion working with those suffering from trauma, unhealthy relationships, infidelity, anxiety, stress, pornography addictions, and sexual addictions.
